Lately we’ve been seeing an increase of work rolling through the shop, so we’ve decided to hire more staff to keep up with demand and ensure that every customer receives the best service possible. Having a few extra hands in the shop will help us get your vehicle through our bays and in for service as soon as possible, as well as help me focus on customer service at the front desk.
We only hire staff members that share our values, our customer centric approach, and adhere to our code of ethics. Having said that, we would like to welcome Curtis Cove and JJ Orendorff to our team at Steel Horse!
Over the years I have heard of shops whose quality of work or customer service has slipped as they’ve expanded. At Steel Horse Automotive we use what may be the only double-check system that I’m aware of in London Ontario – once a vehicle is completed, the technician is required to have a second staff member visually inspect the vehicle to confirm that nothing was missed or overlooked. This is an extra step that Steel Horse undertakes in working towards complete customer satisfaction. We intend to continue with this model as the shop grows.
Along with the increased work in the shop, I have noticed an increase in the number of newer vehicles coming in for service, many with factory warranties still in place. In most cases (check your warranty information to double check) we can service your newer vehicle and provide a more economical alternative to the dealer, while still maintaining your OEM warranty.
